Electromagnetic stirrer with built-in digital thermometer; the compact shape and high magnetic force exerted on the stirring bar make this an ideal instrument. The cast aluminium alloy structure is oven coated with acid-resistant epoxy paint; the design of the structure provides maximum protection of the electronic parts against accidental spills. The stirring unit comprises an electronic system regulating the rpm, a heated aluminium plate for improved heat distribution and a built-in PT 100 sensor for more precise temperature control. The rear of the instrument features a SACK plug for connection to the external PT100 sensor. When the sensor is inserted in the liquid the sensor on the plate is automatically by-passed providing control of the actual liquid temperature. The front panel features a digital temperature regulator to set the desired temperature values, an illuminated green ON / OFF switch and an electronic variator and knob with graduated scale for setting the rpm.
