They are ideal for stirring and heating liquids contained in flasks either simultaneously or separately. Manufactured in accordance with European Safety standards, cylindrical shaped and made of steel which has been oven coated with acid-resistant epoxy paint. The heating elements are inserted in a single ceramic fibre block and covered by an aluminium cap providing perfect insulation in the event the flask is accidentally broken. An illuminated green ON / OFF switch, temperature regulator with graduated scale for setting and controlling the temperature, yellow pilot light and electronic variator to set the rpm on a graduated scale with green pilot light indicating the stirrer is on. In addition there is a screw clamp on the rear of the instrument for fastening the support rod.
