NBS smoke chamber

Lab Expo NBS Smoke Chambers quantify the optical density and smoke produced by burning materials. They are made of stainless steel and have finishes that resist corrosion. They have full-size doors with viewing glass and heated room walls. They consist of both horizontal and vertical arrangements. These employ conical heaters for sample exposure. They have PMT module-based photometric optical systems installed. These include pilot burners, vent assemblies, and software-and push-button-controlled systems. They offer accurate calibration through precise furnace control. These versions contain computers, software, and DAQ gear. Our NBS Smoke Chambers have individual control modules with digital displays and retrofit possibilities.
